MEET KRISTINA CLEARY 

After 25+ years in the technology industry, I decided to leave my CMO position within a global technology organization to help high-performing women like you accelerate their performance through group programs and one-on-one executive coaching and consulting.

More than 20 years of leadership experience and coaching combine with my global certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the International Coaching Federation form my unique toolkit of winning tools and strategies to augment and amplify existing skillsets and plans. My programs and tools help women like you to leverage their strengths, overcome blocks and achieve their goals in a faster period of time.

Outside the office, you can find me spending time with my husband of 20 years and as Chief Mom to my teenage daughter and son. When not getting beaten by my kids at ping pong, I manage work-life integration by effectively incorporating my personal passions, including reading, running, and spinning, along with team sports, including ice hockey and volleyball.
