After 20+ years in the technology industry, including two successful exits, including an IPO on the NYSE, I decided to leave my EVP and CMO position in a global technology HCM organization to help women ACCELLErate their performance through one-on-one executive coaching, content and community.

I founded ACCELLE to support my vision of a world full of diverse leadership. And now my years of leadership experience and international certified coaching combine to help me support the journeys of women from all over the world through coaching, content and community.
